We require a security deposit in the amount of $400 prior to guest arrival. Please, note that we operate a "no-contact" check-in process, therefore, will require you give us a call (830-507-2211, ext. 1) two (2) days to your arrival, Monday - Saturday, between the hours of 10am - 5pm Central time, so we can place a hold on your security deposit.
Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay. Please, allow 5-10 business days for it to show up in our account, also depending on your bank's processing times. Please, be aware that check-in instructions and directions will not be sent until a hold has been placed on your security/damage deposit.
1. Quiet hour starts from 10 pm. Lights at our hammock, grill, and fire pit area goes out then.
2. Loud music is never tolerated at the site.
3. You must declare the number of guests staying in the pod. Do not assume this can be bypassed, therefore loose your security deposit. You must contact us early if you will like to have more than one guest, so we can make adequate arrangments.
4. The campsite is only for guests. No visitors are allowed!
5. Though we love kids, our campsite is only for adults from ages 21 and up. If you are an emancipated minor aged 18 to 20 please contact us prior to reserving.
6. We simply do not allow pets, no matter how cute, small or well-trained.
7. You must ensure grill and grill site is tidied after use, with lights and propane turned off. Grill must never be left unattended during use!
